MAY 29
WHAT IF . . .
I CAN'T STOP TALKING ABOUT MY PROBLEM?
Then I may have to deal with others' reactions to my need to talk so much. I may feel overwhelmed and not know what to do with my feelings.
--and--
I may find talking helps get the problem to a manageable level. I can make sure I am listening to what I'm saying so that I can hear possible solutions if they come up. I can trust my urge to talk as a needed step to reach a level of resolution. I can find persons who are willing to listen.
I can use all the talking I'm doing to help me figure out my next step.
