Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr. built a 5,000-member church in impoverished inner city Perth Amboy, New Jersey when others said it couldn't be done. In recent years, he has overseen the expansion of that church to three congregations along the New Jersey coast. He regularly speaks to more than 10,000 people at rallies and conferences organized by Bishop Eddie Long and Bishop T. D. Jakes. Bishop Hilliard lives in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, with his family.
