Nancy A. Schenck is a writer and editor in long-term recovery and has more than twenty-one years of publishing experience. She worked at Random House in New York for ten years and then moved to Los Angeles where she worked as an editor of a magazine for a nonprofit organization. She is currently the Executive Editor of Central Recovery Press (CRP), an independent publisher located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Her first book, Tails of Recovery: Addicts and the Pets That Love Them (Central Recovery Press, 2009) is a story for all animal lovers as well as persons in recovery. She is a co-author of Recovery A to Z: A Handbook of Twelve-Step Key Terms and Phrases (Central Recovery Press, 2009).
Schenck lives in Las Vegas, Nevada.
