Mark McGovern, Ph.D., is an associate professor of Psychiatry and of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School, specializing in the treatment of co-occurring substance use and psychiatric disorders. He is an author of the Hazelden Co-occurring Disorders Program, designed for professionals in treatment and mental health.
