Overstock Returns
Returns may be made without prior authorization if the books are in print. Books that have been advertised as OUT OF PRINT to the trade will not be credited beyond the advertised date for returns to be accepted. All merchandise must be in resalable condition. Any returns not in resalable condition when received will NOT be credited. Overstock returns will be credited at the discount applied at the time of purchase if the return references the original invoice number. If no invoice information is provided, returns will be credited at the highest discount rate for the account classification. No credit is given for shipping charges on overstock returns.

Claims
Please let us know within 30 days of the invoice date of any defective merchandise or short/over ships. Please reference the invoice or order number with your claim. Defective merchandise and return shipping charges (UPS or 4th Class Book Rate Insured) will be credited upon receipt of the return. The returned merchandise must be received within 60 days of the invoice date.
